FAQ
- When is the next book announced?
- We announce each month's pick on the 15th. You then have until the 1st of the following month to log in and skip if it's not for you.
- Can I choose a different book?
- Most months we pick a Buzzy Bestseller alongside our main pick. Log in to your account to take that one instead, either just for the month or as your default from then on. Same price either way. Gift subscriptions always receive the main pick.
- Can I skip a month?
- Yes! Log in to your account to skip your next month's book.
- What if the book costs less than £19?
- We always make sure the box is worth at least £19. If the book comes in under that, we'll add a little goodie to make up the value.
- What if I've already read the book or really don't fancy it?
- Get in touch and we'll swap it for a voucher.
- Do you post internationally?
- Currently UK only. Let us know if you're international and interested.
- Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
- Yes! Choose a 3, 6, or 12 month gift at checkout and pay once. We'll email the recipient to let them know, then send our book of the month each month. They don't need an account, so they'll always receive our main pick rather than the Buzzy Bestseller.
- I've received a gift. How do I change my delivery address?
